Patrick retired as a Partner of the law firm Jones Day in 2004. He is Chairman of Liberty International Plc and non-executive director of various firms including Standard Bank London Ltd. Patrick has been a trustee of many different charities including serving as Treasurer of Caius College Mission, Battersea for which he was awarded the MBE for his services to the community in 2002.
